    Boil water and let cool to 94°C

    Set up Aeropress inverted (same as strong black coffee)

    Add 20g coffee, zero scale

    Start timer, pour 120g water quickly

    At 10 seconds: Stir vigorously for 10 seconds

    Put wet filter cap on
